Return/Exchange policy

Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be modified/canceled

You have 30 days from the order's receipt date to return your items for full refund or Drover Credit note

For exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order with new requirement, we offer free shipping for any exchange item

Please note personalised items such as Monogrammed products are not eligible for any return or exchange

Payment method

Payment are made through by credit/debit card, or by Apple Pay

Please not that your bank may apply currency conversion fees

Please note that if your order is being shipped to an address differing from the credit card's Billing Address, we might request a picture of your ID or credit card matching the billing address

Duty & Taxes

Europe, USA and International orders are subject to duty and custom fees. We are not responsible for these charges. The free shipping on orders over £150 does not cover duty and/or custom fees.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office.

Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Order processing and Delivery time

Please note shipping will be slow down due to Christmas rush which essentially means the order will take longer than usual.

You will receive an order confirmation email when your payment and order has been processed and you will receive another email from us once your order has been dispatched from the warehouse.​​

We ship worldwide, the shipment times and costs vary depending on your geological locations. Please see at below for our current shipping rates.

United Kingdom

• We currently offer Free shipping to UK with no minimum order
• We use Royal Mail and DPD for UK shipment
• Shipment times may vary once the item has left the warehouse

Europe

• Shipping to European countries costs  £ 8 per order
• We use Royal Mail recorded and DPD for Europe shipment
• We offer free shipping on EU order over £ 150

USA

• Shipping to USA costs £ 12,50
• We use Royal mail international or USPS for US shipment
• We offer free shipping on US order over £ 150

The rest of the world

• Shipping to international countries costs £ 15 per order
• We use Royal mail international for International shipment
• We offer free shipping on International order over £ 150

Please make sure to provide us with correct shipping address, including any room or apartment number
Please note we don't ship to PO boxes.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to an incomplete address, please note that additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipping of your order.
